I had a great time during my stay at Waves Apartments in Kaikoura. the room was spacious with a modern twin design and a large bathroom. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. the facilities at the hotel were top-notch.

An ideal place, we really enjoyed its convenient location. The breakfast was light with a wide range of delicacies. Location: the hotel was close enough to the New World supermarket as well as restaurants:)))

Staff super helpful when we needed a later checkout due to family sickness. Roomy and comfortable apartments in a great location with jaw-dropping sea and mountain views. Beds were excellent, nice furniture, and well-fitted kitchen. Walking distance to the main street and a lovely person who gave us our keys. Rooms were comfortable with a good selection of teas, biscuits, and real coffee. Separate washing machine and dryer available. Enjoyed our stay with no complaints, just a couple of suggestions for improvement - electric blankets on both beds in winter and pamphlets about activities and restaurants in the apartment.

The bed was huge and the room had a modern and amazing vibe. the staff were super friendly and really helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and great access to nearby restaurants. 🌊

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the coastal track and close to both the town and the rocky beach.

We got amazing value for our money at Waves Apartments. The room was comfortable, with a great kitchen and two bathrooms. The location was perfect, close to the main street and right next to the Dolphin Encounter. The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of options.

Excellent location with superb ocean views and a hop and a skip to the beach. Excellent quality fittings and fixtures and very comfortable beds.

Being told we couldn"t get into our room until 2.00pm when we had a wedding at 3.00pm.Not being greeted properly on our arrival but being told straight away "Do you want the good news or the bad news".Totally unprofessional.When asking if I had told them we had a wedding to attend at the time of booking,would it have made a difference to the time of access to our room and getting the response "No it wouldn"t have" Very disappointed in the front office staff,not a good first impression at all.

I was very pleased to find a beautifully clean and modern room with an attached bathroom here.

Liz was really lovely and very helpful. Our apartment was luxurious, convenient and the view was amazing.
